Sheet metal processing

When fantasy is the limit

At INPLAF, thanks to the know-how acquired over more than 40 years of activity, we carry out sheet metal processing with the help of efficient and high-performance machinery. In fact, our large fleet of machines allows for any production that is technically and physically feasible. The technical sales department, after a careful feasibility study, produces the order which is then analysed by the technical department.

The latter then produces the workshop drawings, which are separated into a harmonised flow between the various processing stages. There are essentially 4 phases: automated cutting with or without punching, shearing for "out-of-gauge" parts, punching on sheet metal, bending.

The final bending phase is one of the most complex steps, and our strong point. This entire process is carried out with professionalism and precision. If necessary, we complete the 'semi-finished' products at the welding department with the assembly of accessories or reinforcements. At the same time, the laser cutting department produces and manufactures elements and plates of great thickness to complement the customer's requirements.
